  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across India typically takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer limited international shipping. Delivery timelines and shipping charges vary by country.

  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be paid by the buyer.

📬 Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate.

  • In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, re-delivery may incur extra charges.


🔁 15-Day Replacement Policy (No Refund)

At Sumanzu.com, we offer a 15-day replacement policy on eligible products. We do not provide refunds, but you can request a replacement for damaged or defective items.

✅ Eligible for Replacement:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • You request a replacement within 15 days of delivery

🚫 Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Products bought during sale or clearance events

  • Customized or stitched items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Minor color variation from website images (due to lighting/screen)

🔄 Replacement Process:

  1. Email us at support@Sumanzu.com within 15 days of delivery
    Include your Order ID, product photo, and reason for replacement.

  2. Our team will review your request and approve the return pickup if eligible.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement product will be shipped.

⚠️ Note: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. In case the requested replacement is out of stock, we may issue a store credit valid for future purchases.


📌 Additional Information

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For prepaid orders, re-delivery due to failed delivery attempts may attract extra courier charges.

  • If you reject delivery without a valid reason, your future orders may be blocked.
